Terms of Business & Professional Transparency
Transparency is our primary asset. We believe that professional energy consultancy should be built on clear data, verified outcomes, and a radical commitment to honesty. These terms outline how we leverage our expertise to architect your energy resilience while ensuring your interests remain our sole priority.
1. Professional Scope
Ardora Energy acts as a specialist consultant and intermediary in the commercial energy sector. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Data-Led Audits: Analysis of 12-month Half-Hourly (HH) usage data.
Procurement Strategy: Negotiation of wholesale energy tariffs.
Infrastructure Architecture: Feasibility and implementation of on-site generation (Solar PV and CHP).
Revenue Recovery: Identification and reclamation of historic billing errors.
2. The Ardora Transparency Pledge
In an industry often defined by hidden margins, Ardora Energy operates a policy of Total Disclosure:
Commission Clarity: We explicitly disclose the commission or fee structure associated with any procurement contract or hardware installation.
Rebate Sharing: Where applicable, Ardora Energy shares a portion of the procurement commission directly with the client.
3. Client Obligations & Data Accuracy
To deliver precision results, Ardora Energy requires access to accurate historical consumption data.
Clients must provide Letter of Authority (LOA) where required to allow us to communicate with suppliers.
While we use advanced diagnostic tools to identify overcharges (e.g., our £15,000 detection benchmarks), final outcomes are dependent on the accuracy of the data provided by the client and the current energy suppliers.
4. Hardware & Site Validation
For on-site generation projects (Solar and CHP), all initial ROI projections (e.g., 38% ROI or 2.5-year payback) are based on preliminary data.
Final system designs and savings guarantees are subject to a detailed physical site survey.
CHP thermal savings are specifically subject to validation of heat-usage assumptions and current boiler efficiency.
5. Funded Lease Structures
Ardora Energy facilitates "Zero-CAPEX" solutions through third-party funded lease options.
Ardora Energy is not a lender. All financial agreements are between the client and the chosen funding partner.
We architect the financial model to ensure the system is cashflow positive from day one, based on current market rates and projected performance.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
As we deal with sensitive industrial operational data, Ardora Energy adheres to strict professional confidentiality standards. Your Half-Hourly usage profiles, financial data, and site plans will never be shared with third parties outside of the necessary procurement and engineering partners required to execute your project.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a North Yorkshire-based firm, we are committed to the highest standards of the UK energy consultancy market.
