• The Hidden Pain: Volatile energy spikes turned their utility bills into their largest operational bleed after payroll. They desperately needed to cut costs but couldn't exactly turn off the spa heaters or tell guests the pools were cold. Crucially, they refused to lock up £900k of capital that was better spent on room refurbishments.

• The Forensic Fix: Instead of trying to run the resort on hope, we deployed an on-site Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system. It generates electricity right on the property and automatically recycles the intense waste heat back into their pools, kitchens, and guest rooms. We structured it on a flexible lease, removing the capital barrier entirely and making the project cashflow-positive from Month 1.
